At this time we do not issue refunds or reschedule.  Tours and events are rain or shine unless otherwise specified.  

No outside animals are permitted on the farm.

No smoking.

The nature of our experiences are interactive.  If you have a little one we suggest a back or front back rather than a stroller especially for farm tours.

Close toed shoes are the only footwear permitted inside animal enclosures, long pants are recommend.  

We are working farm and often book tours back to back so please arrive on time and ready to go.  If you arrive late your tour time may be cut short.
